At noon, Miss Harper takes our

class to the cafeteria for lunch.

Some of my friends bring their

lunches in lunch boxes. Some kids buy

lunch at school.

My mom packed my lunch in my

lunch box. She gave me an apple, a

yummy sandwich, and a note that

says, “I love you!”

After lunch, it’s time to go outside

for recess!

For recess, we go to the playground

to play. Miss Harper watches us to

make sure that everyone stays safe.

I like to play tag with my best

friend, Jimmy.

When recess is over, it’s time for us

to settle down.

“Class, it’s story time,” says Miss

Harper.

Everyone sits on the floor while the

teacher reads us a story. My favorite

kind of books are fairy tales.

“The end,” says Miss Harper when

the story is over.
